As a Regional Operations Manager/Field Ops Specialist with IBR, you will receive a highly competitive benefit and compensation package.  Your responsibilities as a Regional Operations Manager/Field Ops Specialist will include but not be limited too:

 Providing direction and support to Center Managers related to Operations in the Donor Center. Supervisory responsibility of Center Manager for production, cost and operations in assigned Donor Centers.  Actively participate in maintaining a quality facility. May be assigned to train or work with new employees at all levels. May be assigned to assist in other areas as needed. Supervises all designated Center Managers as specified by the Regional Director.

 

Interested Applicants should have one or more of the following qualifications:

 College degree preferred (but not required) Minimum five (5) years experience in biologics/plasma center operations and/or FDA regulated enterprise required.  Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required. Demonstrate self-motivational ability and be able to work with minimal supervision.  Must be able to travel 75% to 100% of the time as required.
