Responsibilities
To provide specialized functional assessments and therapeutic activity programming to meet individual needs and treatment goals for patients on designated units/programs. Is responsible to the TA Discipline Coordinator and Patient Care Services designee. Bachelors degree, from an accredited educational institution, in occupational therapy, rehabilitation counseling, counseling, creative arts, recreational therapy or relevant human service field required. Masters degree and two years of experience in a psychosocial setting preferred. Appropriate licensure/certification/registration required as indicated.
