Retail Food Service Manager - Philadelphia, PA

As a Retail Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate retail activities in order to deliver a finished product to customers within a service area(s) of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. You will have responsibility forcustomer service, cash handling and merchandising. The Retail Manager directly supervises two or more employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. Performs manual labor no more than 20% of the time.



Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's  degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and 2+ years of retail food service experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. Small site, cafeteria or restaurant management experience required. We require that all ARAMARK Healthcare employees have a completed background check and drug screen on file.
