Primary responsibilities include: 
Driving new health care business through a defined list of agents and brokers, as well as supporting existing accounts.
Focusing on the small business market segment (groups with 2-99 employees).
Developing business relationships with customers and brokers/consultants.
Driving all activities proactively over the phone.







Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in inside sales is necessary.
A solid understanding of the industry and ASO is also required.
Computer proficiency is required, and related education is preferred.
Solid understanding of underwriting, financial and analytical details is essential.
An active sales insurance license is preferred. Unlicensed candidates must obtain license upon hire.
