SCHEDULING SUPERVISOR

 

Caritas Christi Home Care serves 100 communities in Eastern Massachusetts, ranging geographically from Wilmington in the north and Westport in the south to Ashland in the west and Hingham in the east.

We provide care and services to patients of all ages who may need home health care because they:are recovering from illness or surgery require dressing changes, wound treatment or ostomy care have diabetes, arthritis, respiratory conditions or cardiac disease require IV therapy for hydration, medication, nutrition or chemotherapy seek maternal-infant or child health services have a mental illness suffer from a terminal illness

Our staff can also make arrangements for needed medical supplies and equipment, as well as serve as a resource for information about available community services.

We are currently seeking a: Scheduling Supervisor

 

Full Time: Norwood Branch

 

M-F 8:30-5:00

 

Duties: Assist in planning, directing, and evaluating the clinical scheduling function. Appropriately manage own scheduling workload while directly supervising a team of schedulers. Ensures maximum clinician productivity is maintained while providing for appropriate patient care. Acts as a resource for scheduling issues and as a liaison for clinical staff.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

High School Diploma/GED, minimum of 2 years health care experience (preferably home care) and 2+ years scheduling experience. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, multi-task, and work in a team environment. Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
