Surgery Center Site Manager

 

Surgical Management Professionals is an organization of physicians and executives who have created a successful ambulatory surgical center/specialty hospital model and are dedicated to providing consulting and management services to these facilities.

 

SMP has openings for Surgery Center Site Managers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, Omaha, and East Central Iowa.  A Site Manager will have responsibility for directing all operational aspects of the center, including but not limited to budgeting, fiscal management, cost controls, day-to-day activities of personnel as well as all facility functions that relate to patient care including the admitting and registration process and implementing policies and procedures.  This position is also responsible for building physician relations.

 

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years management experience in surgery focused healthcare and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.  PC skills are a must.
