We are  working with A leader in the Home Health industry. Who has developed a 10 million plus business with little to no sales force. They wish to expand threw out the state of Indiana and need a proven sales manager to develop the growth.


 





 


About The Position:


 


The regional sales manager will be responsible for building and managing this sales team as well as coaching and training, travel within the region, business development, and continually evaluating overall progress and performance. This position requires a self-motivated and dedicated sales manager with outstanding business acumen and history of success and leadership in the medical sales industry.This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with incredible growth potential.

Total compensation will be well into the 6 figure range with a flexible base salary. We will only consider sales managers with a background managing in the medicalsales arena. This is a great opportunity for regional sales managers who are lacking growth potential with their current organization and would like to make a change. This will be a highly visible position with a company looking to expand its presence in their market.

Skills/Qualifications:


 


To be immediately and seriously considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following.


 


· Strong background managing a team of medical sales professionals.Medical device or medical sales and management experience is required.


·Experience interviewing and hiring medical sales professionals.


·Proven and documented success managing and selling in the hospital market & Medical office arena .  Demonstrated leadership skills. 


·Sales and management development and training.


·Polished image and driven personality.


·Great business acumen and ability to travel when required.


·At least a 4 year degree.
