Sales Manager 2 - Non-Commission

Position Description Develops campaigns to meet sales goals. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy, develop sales forecasts and provide guidance to sales staff on promoting sales. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates. Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work and sales activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc. in order to inform management of current status or sales activities.Minimum Requirements

5+ years sales experience with 2+ years sales management experiencePhysical Requirements
