We currently have openings at our Stoughton, MA facility for for Sales Service Reps.

Job Summary: The primary responsibilities for the Sales Service Rep. are to support the sales effort of each field rep. in their respective region. This role is carried out under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager and in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.

Specific Activities: Perform product quotes and searches required of new business opportunities, including RFP assistance and support of custom formulary development. Generate sales reports and analyze comparative business as directed by the Regional managerAssist with company initiatives, e.g. VHA calls, AHP contacts, RyMed NHIA leadsNotify customers of GPO membership changes and/or price increasesVerify inactive account statusHelp process sample mailings to select customers and follow-up to insure of their deliveryGather marketing analysis data that can be used to gauge initiative potential
