JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Looking for a highly motivated, self starter that can perform web development and high end maintenance to multiple sites.

-The individual will also have experience with using access database systems and other Microsoft tools.

-Applicant should enjoy working in a high energy team environment on multiple projects.

-The candidate will be proficient in the following skills:
-Consistently performs performance updates to existing applications tools that deliver business solutions.
-Collaborates with internal and external partners and conducts interviews, fact-finding and independent research to design progressive IT solutions for business problems.
-Analyzes data for trends and translates into meaningful information.
-Provides analysis of business implications and applies problem solving skills to meet business needs.
-Understands the nuances of data, checks for reasonability and works to improve data quality.
-Actively works with designated Subject Matter Experts to create or update "generalized" proposals and provides solutions to business challenges
-Assists in training staff members and customers on new tools and data applications
-Creates necessary documentation for business tools thus supporting stung business continuity planning.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficient with Front Page; HTML; Java Script; and data conversion into access database systems.

-Applicants having some experience using XML and XSL for web page development are preferred.
-Ability to develop web page technology that will interact with database tools and customer applications.

-Enable the customer to deliver the highest quality experience to the user and interact with legacy systems.
-Elementary design and file management using Microsoft Front Page and a working knowledge of Java Applets.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:
Education:
-1 - 3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience
with both database and web page programming
-Bachelor Degree or Technical certification is a plus.
