Position Description

As a member of the Business Development team, the Senior Editorial Associate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of high quality editorial content across company-wide initiatives. Editorial support will include proofing and editing various materials, including responses to request for proposals (RFPs), proactive proposals, cover letters, supporting sales materials, and client-facing documents. In conjunction with the Director, Business Development, the Associate will implement and execute a rigorous quality control process to assure the integrity and consistency of the editorial content. Additional responsibilities include developing new content, maintaining and updating the content database, and assisting in the overall production of projects (e.g., RFPs).

Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport Business Development team with various writing and editing assignments.Proofread all materials to ensure that content is accurate, grammatically correct, structurally sound, and consistent with corporate messaging.Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of company products, messaging, and objectives, and ensure that they are properly conveyed and addressed.Reach out to appropriate internal resources to validate Health Dialog facts and develop new content.Follow department and company process to ensure quality of material and produce finished products that meet or exceed management's expectations.Produce quality deliverables under tight deadlines.Develop, review, and refine content for proposal database.Maintain accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, quality, and overall completion of Health Dialog materials.
