Senior Manager Provider Relations ? Contracting & Network Development Department

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager for our Provider Relations ? Contracting/Network Development department. The Senior Manager is responsible for the development, recruitment, provider servicing and network management activities including, but not limited to:
? Oversee the Fund?s provider maintenance, network development, contracting, and provider retention efforts
? Maintain and monitor departmental policies and procedures
? Manage the daily activity and work assignment of staff
? Manage the negotiation, analysis, and implementation of ancillary, provider groups, and practitioner contracts
? Routinely conduct network assessment activities and prepare corrective action plans to maintain the stability and integrity of the provider network
? Act as the primary resource for implementation and compliance of external network relationships
? Initiate Letters of Agreement as needed for non-network providers
? Report, maintain, and monitor the progress of key department goals
? Assist with credentialing and re-credentialing activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree is required. Master?s degree in Public Administration or Business Administration with a concentration in health care administration or related field preferred.5-7 years? increasingly responsible experience in provider contracting/negotiations, reimbursement analysis, and network management. Prior supervisory experience required.Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong human relations, problem solving and analytical skills requiredProficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and able to manipulate various databases
