Speech & Language Pathologist - Pathways Academy

The Speech and Language pathologist will facilitate and enrich learning in core areas of the curriculum to students representing a broad range of skill levels and abilities.  Responsibilities will include integration of specialty areas within the curriculum frameworks.  Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech and Language.  Certified in Speech and Language by the State of Massachusetts.  Requires basic working knowledge and skill with a variety of special education and speech and language theories and techniques and of the application of these skills to meet the needs of non-verbal, learning disabled, cognitively impaired children.  Able to train and supervise other employees and interns.  Requires at least 2 years experience in hospital or clinical setting working as a Speech and Language therapist.
