Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for effectively researching, sourcing and attracting top talent for employment opportunities throughout the Hospital. Maintains database of top talent for continuous and rapid referral to Recruitment Staff for areas of responsibility. Identifies the need for additional external marketing to increase talent pipeline and works with Manager to implement solutions. Ensures all interactions with both internal and external candidates are reflective of the values and behaviors of the Hospital.

Bachelor?s Degree required. One to two years sourcing and/or marketing/sales experience highly preferred. Computer literacy required. Knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Practice regulations. Must have excellent organization and communication skills.
