Sr. Clinical Study Manager

Project Description:  Qualified candidate will have significant clinical trial experience with enrollment of hospitalized patients; healthcare related experience also preferred. Activities will include initiation and coordination of integrated program to improve subject enrollment by facilitating communications between HQ and sites. This will include significant travel (75% within the US) including site visits as well as leading site telecons on an ongoing basis.

 

This position is responsible for implementation and coordination of a new program that is aimed at study site subject enrollment efforts. Activities will include site visits with investigators and study staff to evaluate issues related to subject enrollment and collaboration with the study sites to improve enrollment. Other activities will include meetings and teleconferences with the sites, CRO, and other client colleagues. 

 

Requirements:Prefer candidates with experience in study subject identification and enrollment into clinical trials. Prefer candidates with experience in working directly with investigators and investigative site study staff.Prefer healthcare professional background (RN, PA, NP, MD, PharmD) with hospital experience.75% travel required.

 

Qualifications:  Minimum 5 years experience in clinical trials activities. May be a combination of investigative site, CRO, or industry experience. Strong communication skills. Experience with Anti-Infectives/Critical Care/Wound Care/Surgery.

 

Education:  Bachelor?s degree in biological science, nursing, pharmacy or equivalent as a minimum.
