Salary: From 9.92 to 15.87 USD per hour

Overview : The pay range is $9.92-$15.87 per hour. This position requires rotating holiday and weekend call.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required. Prefer medical experience and/or RCST or CRCST certification. Must stand for extended periods of time. This position requires rotating holiday and weekend call.
Prefer Sterile Processing experience with certification.
Knowledge and or ability to learn: Cleaning and documentation of surgical instrumentation.
Equipment utilized for cleaning surgical instrumentation which includes cart washer, ultrasonic instrument washer, and washer/sterilizer.
Assembling and wrapping items to be sterilized for surgical procedures including instrumentation. Operation of sterilizer units. Potential exposure to blood, body fluids or tissue. Surgical procedure preperation and supply assembly
Resource for operating room personnel.
Developing a clear understanding of infection control. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Lift heavy instrument pans up to 25 pounds. Multi-task and work uder pressure with time limits.
