Support Services Representative

DEPARTMENT: Staffing   SCHEDULE: Full Time Temporary (this is a Temporary position lasting through 7/28/2006). Monday thru Friday: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Weekend and Holiday rotation. Overtime and additional hours are assigned per contractual language.

 

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Six months clerical or clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient setting required

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Effective written and oral communication skills in English required.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact courteously and in a service oriented manner indicating sensitivity to the staff member or manager.

Demonstrated willingness to work as team member to accomplish departmental goals and perform all parameters of the position using good judgment.

demonstrated problem solving with the ability to prioritize issues and handle multiple duties.

Documented record of good attendance preferred and expected to be maintained (subject to terms of applicable union contract).

Personal computer experience in word processing and excel spreadsheet required

Payroll experience required

Effective interpersonal and organizational skills

Staffing experience preferred

 

SKILLS TESTING: Typing: 40 words per minute. Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

DUTIES: Performs daily data entry in scheduling database

Performs payroll activities for Diablo Service Area TPMG departments/providers.

Assists in providing clerical support for outpatient medical offices and support services as requested

Performs scheduling activities for medical offices.

Performs staffing activities on weekend rotational basis for the Diablo Service Area TPMG departments
