Overview : The Surgical Services Technician performs as the designated scrub for surgical cases. In addition the OR Technician will be responsible for the care and maintenance of any equipment used during the surgical case. Both functions will be performed according to current standards of practice.

Qualifications :

Education/Experience: Graduate of school for Surgical Services Technicians is required. Technical Skills: Manual dexterity and physical agility to operate all equipment and perform all procedures. Utilizes safe body mechanics to ensure patient and caregiver safety.
Other qualifications/certificate/license: Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
