Telephonic Nurse Case Manager

The Company: Crawford & Company, an international company founded in 1941 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA is the world's largest independent provider of diversified services to insurance companies, self-insured corporations and governmental entities.  A few of the many services we provide include claims management, loss adjustment, healthcare management, risk management services, class action administration, risk information services and forensic investigation services.

 

The Opportunity:

Our Crawford Integrated Services division is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified RN Case Manager to provide RME Coordination and Telephonic Case Management services.  The position requires previous work experience in a Worker's Compensation environment and a CCM is also preferred.

 

The qualified candidate must be highly motivated and will:

. Possess appropriate education, training, technical skills, experience and have a strong proactive telephonic work ethic

. Be eligible for multi-state licensing as jurisdications require

. Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate

. Possess strong interpersonal skills to interact susscessfully as a "Team Player"

. Ability to meet deadlines and can mult-task
