Treatment Coordinator ( Sales Coordinator )
Treatment Coordinator Position is key to the success of Vital Dent. This role is responsible for creating the "Vital Dent" experience for each patient that walks into the dental office as well as for providing information to patients regarding procedures, services, and finance options.
Essential Duties and Responsiblities -
1. Greets patients and " breaks the ice' while gathering patient information.
2. Interviews and listens to determine needs of patients
3. Presents patients with company overview, products and services
4. Operates the panoramic X-ray machine ( training is provided )
5. Takes notes and explain diagnostic to the patient.
6. Other duties, as assigned
