VP of Wellness Programs

 


This newly created position will drive the development and expansion of our Wellness and Health Promotion product line. This position will help define both the product and program strategy, and have overall operational responsibility for the delivery of these services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design a comprehensive wellness strategy, including goals and objectives, program activities, incentive plan, communications plan, and evaluation process.
2. Build out the operational delivery team to deliver our wellness products.
3. Define the product strategy.
4. Monitor performance of all programs through systematic metric tracking and manage performance improvement initiatives as required.
5. Participate in developing overall operations account plans and programs that include quality delivery, process improvement, innovation and measurement.
6. Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
7. Prepare and present program strategy and other related information to clients, employees and/or staff.
8. Manage the relationships with our partners.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor?s degree required in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
 7-10 years experience in healthcare, minimum 5 years working with Wellness Programs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated skill in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Working knowledge of vendor contracts, including but not limited to services, pricing, performance standards, auditing requirements and reporting requirements.
Proven interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks effectively.
Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
