Vice President - Management Analysis & Recovery

Our client is a publicly traded managed care organization in the Southeast with operations in over 9 states.  We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic healthcare professional that has the following experience and skills:

 

- Master's degree

- A minimum of 15 years of management experience

- At least 5 years experience in a Senior Management role within a managed care organization or insurance company

- 10 to 15 years financial and statistical experience

- Proficiency with MS Office products, SQL and MS Access

- Outstanding communication skills

- Working knowledge of information systems including data base design, data warehousing & decision support - and knowledge of claims payment systems

 

Summary of position:

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will oversee all data reporting, analysis, application development & support for the Services Operations Division.  Ensure timely, accurate, and complete inventory, financial, cost advoidance, and quality reporting.  Serve as the liaison with corporate and field site health plans on the financial and statistical implications regarding operational claims issues.  Ensure effective development & support of software driven decision support tools.

 

Identify and recommend actions, which will enhance the efficiency of processes within the Services Operations Division as well as the effectiveness and profitability to the company.
