Position Description: A top client of Hoffman Recruiters is seeking an experienced HOME INFUSION BRANCH/PHARMACY MANAGER for their Neenah, WI branch. Our client is a reputable national home infusion company that offers a competitive salary, very nice benefits, and outstanding growth potential.

As Pharmacy Manager:

The Pharmacy Manager assumes complete responsibility for management of the pharmacy department. The PM also monitors all activities necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of the pharmacy department, providing quality products and services to infusion therapy patients.

As Branch Manager:

Manages costs and direction of the administrative, nursing, and pharmacy and meeting or exceeding annual established revenue growth, clinical and service quality, customer satisfaction, cash flow and profit contribution goals.

Builds a high quality, service-oriented branch team through recruitment, training, succession planning and development of branch personnel.

Manages all service area department managers to include delegation of day-to-day decision making to department heads, resolves cross-functional problems, and coaches/counsels managers.

Drives a strong service orientation to enable the team to respond to fast-changing needs of clients.

Develops branch budget. Analyzes revenue, profit, and inventory budgets to monitor performance to budget. Works with staff to continually develop and implement ideas for delivering higher quality, more cost-effective services.

Facilitates compliance with local and federal regulations, accrediting body standards, and corporate SOPs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This position requires: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD, A minimum of two years of IV experience, Current license for state(s) practice, Good oral and written communication, and Good organizational plus interpersonal skills.
