Client Analyst

DescriptionThe Client Analyst manages the relationships with the SXC clients, and supports the business needs of clients. This requires developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and the team, in addition to excellent understanding of industry. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, developing and documenting specifications for new system requirements, as well as assisting with day-to-day client questions. Required Experience- Proven client relationship management and solid customer satisfaction philosophy.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 2-3 years experience in business analysis, requirements definition and creation of design specifications.
- 2 plus years experience in healthcare required with preferred emphasis on pharmacy benefits management
- Bachelors degree required
