Clinical Manager

GLC Associates currently has an immediate need for a Clinical Manager in the San Diego metro area.

 

As a Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership direction and management of clinical processes and initiatives within the hospital. Clinical Manager manages implementation of all Econotherapeutic programs and compiles documented outcomes by area as well as providing clinical education support for the hospital. The successful candidate may interface with client medical staff, CNOs, CEOs, COOs, CFOs and have some manager responsibilities and some P&L accountability.
As a Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership and management of clinical processes and initiatives within the hospital. Clinical Managers are responsible for implementation of all Econotherapeutic programs and documenting outcomes as well as providing clinical education support for the hospital. The successful candidate may interface with client medical staff, hospital administration, and have some managerial responsibilities. Qualifications: PharmD degree
3-5 years experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
Must have developed site-based Econotherapeutic programs
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have excellent presentation skills
