Provides clinical pharmacy services and drug information to healthcare professionals ensuring apropriate drug usage. Works relatively independently under supervision and within the limits of established pharmacy policies and procedures. Works closely with the Neonatology and Obstetrics Service to ensure therapeutic appropriateness of medications. Participates as needed in patient care rounds and acts as a liaison between pharmacy, nursing and medical staff.

Qualifications: Advanced Degree (Pharm D or MS) with 2 years hospital pharmacy experience or a BS degree with 5 years hospital pharmacy experience.
