Job Description:
Provide clinical knowledge and expertise in critical care and infectious disease
Communicate and provide educational initiatives  with physician and other clinicians
Involvement in ICU pathway development, patient monitoring with emphasis on antimicrobial surveillance & drug monitoring
Adjunct Faculty appointment also available



Qualifications:
Pharm D with residency in critical care or infectious disease
Hospital Experience required
Excellent communication skills
