Customer Service Representative -- Pharmacy Tech needed!

In this role, you would review and process providers’ requests for treatment while maintaining and building relationships with the providers. Primary responsibilities include:



Interfacing with a wide variety of healthcare professionals


Entering clinical information provided by physicians


Using predetermined guidelines to determine request approval, denial or further review


Contacting patients to inform them of their case status



This position requires a California Pharmacy Technician license, along with hospital or retail pharmacy experience. Clinical knowledge is a plus. A strong background in data entry is essential. Prior telephone-based customer service experience (such as call center, reception, etc) will be very helpful. Computer/typing skills are a must.
