ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR (2 positions available)

POSITION OVERVIEW
Act as the primary IWP contact and an advocate of the injured worker while responding to a variety of telephone inquiries from prospective clients or referrals. Responsible for educating them on the benefits of using IWP, enrolling them into the program, and managing their account until their prescriptions are received.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Including, not limited to:

?  Create rapport with prospective Clients, putting them at ease about their situations while educating them about how IWP?s services can be valuable to them.

?  Obtain required information from referrals; utilize the company's administration system and other peripheral reference tools that are available to enroll them into the IWP program, accurately entering their information into the system.

?  Provide closure by locking in enrollees? convictions to use IWP, setting expectations for, and gaining agreement on the next steps they will take, resulting in IWP receiving their prescriptions.

?  Perform outbound telephone work to contact and enroll potential Clients as described above when referrals are received from attorneys or physicians on the injured workers? behalf; or when we receive referrals via the internet, fax, or mail.

?  Work closely with the outside sales force to identify both internal and external process enhancements and best practices for their ongoing support.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

?  Prior Call Center/Telesales experience preferred.

?  Prior Worker?s Compensation, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Insurance experience is a plus.

?  Ability to effectively operate in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.

?  Strong communication skills; oral, written, and interpersonal.

?  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

?  Strong follow through skills.

?  Bilingual Language skills are a plus.
