Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Monday thru Friday - Days!!!

Position Description: A top client of Hoffman Recruiters is seeking an experienced HOME INFUSION PHARMACY MANAGER for their Cleveland, OH branch. Our client is a reputable national home infusion company that offers a competitive salary, very nice benefits, and outstanding growth potential.

The Pharmacy Manager assumes complete responsibility for management of the pharmacy department. The RPh Mgr also monitors all activities necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of the pharmacy department, providing quality products and services to infusion therapy patients. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This position is MONDAY ? FRIDAY, DAY SHIFT, with NO SCHEDULED HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS!!!

This is a hands-on management opportunity and therefore requires recent clinical experience. This position also requires: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD, A minimum of two years of IV experience, Current Ohio pharmacy license, Good oral and written communication, and Good organizational plus interpersonal skills.
