As the Pharmacy Intervention Manager, you will:
Direct 150 employees in clinical interventions and customer service;
Work with 8 direct reports including supervisors and business process improvement project managers;
Perform activities related to filling prescriptions, counseling customers, interacting with providers, and maintaining quality assurance and inventory control;
Develop and implement procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations;
Manage a $12.5M budget.
Improve productivity and processes.

 

 



This is a key management role reporting to senior management. An entrepreneurial attitude with strong decision making and management skills, a BA/BS or PharmD, excellent verbal and written

communication skills and a CA Pharmacist license are required.
