Neonatal/Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist

 

We are in search of a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy recognized by the CA State Board of Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be a CA-registered pharmacist with a Pharm.D. license, BCLS certification, and at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience. This position requires advance training or recent experience working with neonatal and pediatric patients, with a current valid California license. Hospital residency preferred. Must be able to work with a multi-disciplinary team by providing well-developed drug therapy monitoring, medication safety, and medication management skills. The superior communicator we seek will also possess excellent teaching and research abilities.

 

This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position with rotating day and evening shifts.
