Online Support Coordinator

DescriptionSXC Health Solutions a leading pharmacy information processing solutions business is looking for an Online Support Coordinator to join their growing company in Warminster, PA. SXC's comprehensive suite of service offerings and software-based solutions support a wide array of organizations across the full spectrum of the pharmacy supply and delivery system. The Online Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of data to / for customers, vendors, staff and management.

oCollect and process data from __ for contracted vendor. Provide timely and accurate reports to management and customers.

oMaintain accurate and up to date customer database.

oComplete audits to ensure department is operating at maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

oDevelop and apply an implementation and support plan for new customers to ensure satisfaction.

oEnsure departmental policy and procedure manual is up to date and accurate.

oPerform quality assurance inspections of all data prior to the transmission and communication to customers, vendors, staff, and management.

oProcess data conversions and quality assurance data conversions. Report findings to the appropriate individuals. Communicate issues to the conversion team and follow up with appropriate personnel to ensure effective and timely resolutions.

oEnsure scheduled reporting is completed prior to the weekly deadline.

oMaintain knowledge of the pharmacy system and industry information.

oComplete special projects when assigned Required ExperiencePrevious work experience in the pharmacy or technology industries preferred

Must be able to demonstrate great oral and written communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with customers and other departments; an acute attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; work well under pressure; and is a highly motivated, team player with the ability to self-direct and prioritize.
