Hospital Pharmacist (job #10878)
The pharmacist will insure the accurate and timely dispensing and safe and appropriate use of medications in an electronic environment (COE, eMAR).  This includes receiving and interpreting physician's orders to be dispensed, compounded and/or admixed and clinical activities for inpatients or outpatients. For outpatients, this will include patient counseling on proper medication use and potential side effects.

Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.  Bachelor's or PharmD degree in pharmacy with current licensure in MN (or, graduate of Pharmacy School that is prepared to take the MN State Board test for licensure within six months of hire).  Hospital or home care/outpatient IV experience is preferred.
