Pharmacy Manager (Hospital)

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team at one of Connecticut?s premier hospitals. Their stature in the community, recently completed renovations and expansion contribute to maintaining an excellent level of patient care. In this role you will be responsible for improving the quality and service of the pharmacy. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the staff pharmacists and be active on committee?s within the hospital. You will also assess and prioritize work loads, monitor and review staff work, maintain quality and productivity standards and assist the Director in planning and organizing department programs and services.

A Pharm.D. degree with a minimum 3 years hospital experience is required. This position offers a very attractive base salary and relocation assistance is available.
