We are in search of a flexible individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. Serving as a subject matter expert, the primary responsibilities of this position include:

 
Monitoring activities related to our department’s relationship with the Pharmacy Benefits Administrator
Forwarding eligibility updates to Pharmacy Benefits Administrators
Reviewing error reports on eligibility updates
Helping to resolve claims issues
Building and maintaining relationships with pharmacy claims processors
Reviewing communications sent to functional areas related to pharmacy benefits



Experience with pharmacy operations or with pharmacy benefits administrators is required. Candidates with pharmacy and vendor management experience are strongly preferred. Candidates with claims or enrollment experience within the healthcare industry are also encouraged to apply. Project management experience is preferred, as is experience in client/customer relations.
