The Physician Services Manager will help lead the recruiting, implementation, training and account management efforts of the RelayHealth service with physicians in the regional market. This individual will work our large medical group customers in deploying our service to their physicians and staff.

The role requires a strong understanding and experience with rolling out workflow products and comfort level working with physicians and their office staff. Strong technical expertise and workflow implementation experience are required. Health care experience is also required.

Responsible for supporting physician deployment of the RelayHealth service - % 80

This individual is responsible for supporting implementation, training and account management efforts underway with physician offices. In new and existing markets. This role requires the ability to sell physicians and their staff on the benefits of the service, provide training and support to the physicians? practices and manage any large group accounts requiring additional attention.

Support Health Plan Provider Relations Efforts - %15

This individual will work closely with Health Plan Provider Relations Representatives to help recruit and support the physician and staff users in the market.

Participation in the Customer Support On-Call Team - % 5

This individual will work participate in the off hours Customer Support on-call team which includes periodic call and e-mail coverage for urgent support issues during off hours (nights and weekends)Minimum Requirements

This position in located in the field. The employee will work from there home with local travel required on a daily basis. Must have reliable vehicle, valid drivers license and automobile insurance.

- Customer/Account Management
- Software product training in an ASP EnvironmentAdditional Knowledge & Skills

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong Internet Experience



BASIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Bachelors Degree is required
Health care experience required
Strong technical experience with implementing workflow applications
Demonstrable project management skills in a professional services environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely and effectively with medical group customersEducation
