Summary:
Performs a variety of data entry functions to support clinical and business operations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Prescription data entry experience.

Essential Functions:
? Reviews and batches data documentation for data entry.
? Enters data in support of clinical and business office operations.
? Operates computer to enter and retrieve data and type correspondence and reports.
? Audits the input versus documentation and makes corrections as required.
? Transmits data to and receives data from external agencies, and contacts agency personnel to resolve problems.
? Generates reports as needed.
? Performs other tasks assigned.
? Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company?s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
