We are in search of a team-oriented professional to join our Overland Park, KS office as a Project Analyst. The chosen candidate will develop this position from the ground up, with ample opportunities to further advance the role (including Six Sigma training). Primary responsibilities include:



Managing projects including process improvement, training and quality metrics


Gathering data to facilitate process improvement teams


Training Pharmacy Technicians


Utilizing Six Sigma tools 



A substantial background in the pharmaceutical industry is essential to this role, along with excellent project management skills---PMPs are preferred. Experience with quality and process improvement methodologies is desired. Computer proficiency is needed. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s is a plus.
