One of my clients needs a Clinical Pharmacist to direct and lead processes regarding alignment of pharmacy department clinical initiatives and P & T committee actions.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy required.

* Michigan State Pharmacy licensure to practice without restrictions is required.

* Demonstrated experience in clinical outcomes research and evidence base medicine.

* Minimum of two years experience in a managed care pharmacy or equivalent position is preferred.

* Continuing education in compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements is essential.

* Residency preferred.

* Must be able to speak English in a manner that can be understood by clients, co-workers and the general public.
