ARNP for Pain

Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the primary care; assessment and medical management of patients. This position acts as medical resource and provides episodic work-ups as needed for patients. The Nurse Practitioner collaborates, communicates and coordinates with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients and families. QualificationsEducation: Master?s degree in Nursing and advanced degree in Nurse Practitioner program are required.

Licensures/Certifications: Licensed as an RN and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Washington. ANA Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Holds current DEA number or can achieve within 90 days of hire.

Experience and Skills: One year experience as an ARNP. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills. Effective leadership skills. Ability to work independently, problem solve and prioritize. Meets or exceeds commensurate educational requirements for licensure.
