Nutrition Center

ALDC?s Nutrition Center provides medically-proven weight management and nutrition products/services. The current weight management program is centered around Medifast?s products and nutritional philosophies. This will be expanded in the near future.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in the day-to day operations of the Nutrition Center. This includes, but is not limited to:Responsible for all NC team members: training, coaching, scheduling, hiring/firingAttain NC revenue and profit goals through stated sales and marketing processes; in conjunction with the corporate Retail Team. (e.g. client call backs to new, existing, and lost clients).Participate in and coach general team functions; including patient nutrition counseling, review of product lines and processing of salesUse and train others on the point-of-sale system, credit card machine, Care Credit system and other operating systems.Adhere to the stated NC procedures and policies.Work in collaboration with the on-sight sales and clinical team, as well as corporate retail team, to increase patient flow and transactions into the Nutrition Center.

Work may also include a range of special projects (from retail product development, to the testing of new internal systems).? Managers will be exposed to a broad range of opportunities to create and add value to the organization.

QualificationsRegistered Nursing degree, licensed in the state of Clinic.Two or more years of management experience is preferred.Nutrition background a plus.? Energetic, friendly and a positive attitude.Excellent verbal communication skills.Leadership skills.Self initiative, accountable and a team player. Ability to multi task.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
