We are licensed to operate group homes located in Kent, Tacoma, Enumclaw and Olympia. We are also licensed as a home health agency About the Opportunity This is an new position and excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who seeks personal growth and enjoys working with children.Ashley House offers a family-like atmosphere where all employees are truly valued and treated with respect. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services works directly with our nursing staff and maintains nursing guidelines; assures quality of care; establishes a compassionate environment; maintains documentation of patient care services; maintains professional and technical knowledge; accomplishes organization goals.

Qualifications

Is team-oriented and works collaboratively with others in the medical team.

Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.

Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Experience confronting performance issues as well as giving rewards and recognition. Can deliver difficult feedback by constructively focusing on improvement.

Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities.

Recent experiance with Pediatric patients in Home Care or facility setting.

Capable of performing general procedural nursing duties.

BSN preffered. Supervisory and in home care experiance.

Current Washington State Licence: Registered Nursing
