ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing)

Erickson's Greenspring retirement community, located in Springfield, VA, is currently seeking an ADON. Our environment fosters learning, stability and the ability to enhance the lives of our residents thru outstanding care and personal interaction.

SUMMARY: Responsible for the 24-hour operation and delivery of clinical services in a LTC/Subacute/ALF facility. Works under the leadership of the DON to address staff, family, and resident needs. Receives training in the company's processes with the objective of a promotion to a DON role.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Two year experience in Long Term Care.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state.
