We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing at Life Care Center of Plano. The ADON will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing overall operation of the nursing services to ensure the highest degree of resident care in accordance with all laws, regulations and LCC standards.
Qualified candidates will possess:
?Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas and an ASN or BSN degree from accredited college.
? Leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional staff.
? Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the nursing department.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Knowledge in nursing practices, procedures, as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in long-term care.
