Assistant Nurse Manager - Dialysis

We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Inpatient Dialysis to work closely with the department Manager to provide leadership, management and supervision of the Dialysis Unit daily operations. The goal will be to ensure optimal daily patient flow and allocation of resources to meet the demand of the patient population this team serves. Applicant will address patient care or service problems as necessary.

In this position you will ensure the smooth flow of operations by directing the work of staff. Develop, modify, implement and evaluate operational process for the Unit. Assign and change priorities within the work unit to assure exceptional customer service. Act as a resource to staff, providers and other personnel for all daily operational needs. Support the patient scheduling process, assessing patient flow and supply ordering. Handle day-to-day patient satisfaction concerns. This position will also provide both direct patient care and supervisory support, as needed.

We require a current WA State RN license and a Bachelor's degree in nursing (current enrollment in BSN program will be considered) with a minimum of 3 years of direct, acute care nursing experience. You must be able to demonstrate clinical competency in nursing and dialysis and have strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills. The ability to collaborate with all members of the healthcare team, and effectively and prioritize work essential.
