About the Opportunity
Assistant Director of Nursing Casa Arena Blanca Nursing Center a 117 bed skilled nursing facility located in Alamogordo New Mexico seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing . Assistant Director of Nursing provides educational and learning opportunities within a supportive environment that will assist personnel in gaining knowledge, skills and appropriate behaviors necessary to perform assigned duties safely and competently. Coordinates learning experiences that support quality services consistent with standards and practice guidelines of the facility. Monitors the activities of all personnel to provide quality services that comply with State, Federal and corporate standards.

Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively. RN with unencumbered license to practice as an RN. Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required. Three to five years experience in a supervisory capacity with at least one year experience in long term care
