The Nevins Group is seeking an experienced Oncology RN or an experienced Med/Surg RN for a desirable OUTPATIENT nursing position in cancer care in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will have a wide variety of duties, coordinating the needs of doctors in a sizable practice setting. You will ensure the physicians needs are met, ensure each physician has a CNA available, answer phones, and triage patients.  You will also help-out to provide direct care for patients when needed.  This is a "jack of all trades" position, and is ideal for a nurse who loves being busy and who gets bored doing the same thing day-in and day-out.

We are seeking a nurse who has Oncology RN experience or strong Med/Surg experience, a nurse who is known for his or her strong clinical and organizational skills.  We need someone who is efficient and hard-working and on-the-ball.  Someone who can "juggle a lot of balls" and have fun doing it would be ideal for this position.  We are also looking for someone who comes to work with a smile.

The salary begins at $40 per hour for a nurse with 1-2 years of Oncology RN or Med-Surg RN experience.  It ranges up to $45+ per hour for a very senior-level Oncology RN.  This hourly range equates to $83,200 to $93,600 on an annualized basis. 

 

You will also be eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance--with no employee contribution.  A generous retirement plan is included in which the employer will contribute 4% annually.  Plus, you will earn 5+ weeks of paid-time-off in your first year.

This position is Monday through Friday, dayshift hours.

Requirements to Apply:
Must have at least 1-3 years of Oncology RN experience (working for an oncologist or an oncology department).  We will also consider a highly-motivated candidate with current Med/Surg RN experience.  Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in California or able to become licensed very soon. Job tenures of at least 2 years on average.
