CASE MGMT NURSE CNSLT RN/LPN

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Aetna Infertility Nurse, you will utilize your clinical skills to assist members that are seeking education, information, and coordination of their care. You will telephonically review the appropriateness of the member's plan of care and communicate with the member and the member's medical team. Identification of the clinical needs, the plan benefits and restrictions, and the member's understanding of the program are major considerations to ensure our customers will have positive healthcare experiences and outcomes.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse or LPN with an Active PA nursing license. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in an acute setting. Infertility experience preferred. Superior interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities and strong teamwork skills are essential.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:
This position maintains a very active and demanding telephone queue. Strong organizational skills and effective time management is a must. After a successful orientation period, flexible schedules and start times may be available.
