CLINICAL EDUCATOR (Field Sales)

 Hill-Rom, an established leader in the marketing of medical equipment and services for the healthcare industry, has an opening available for a CLINICAL EDUCATOR.  Applicants must live reasonably close to a major airport within the territory  (which is from Chattanooga, TN down, Georgia, the Florida Pan Handle and Montgomery, Alabama, south.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for therapy & post sale education and support.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Implement pre and post sales education and support in a minimum of 10 accounts annually

? Support in-servicing initiatives during major capital deliveries or therapy conversions

? Ability to prioritize regional projects

? Develop and implement account specific clinical protocols to enhance product utilization

? Present clinical programs

? Thorough communication with Area team

? Special projects at the direction of the AVP

? Other duties may be assigned:

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Excellent presentation skills

? Computer literate

? Must be able to work in team environment

? Variable travel (from 40% up to 75%)

? Exceptional Communication Skills

? Availability to do in-service (weekends and evenings)

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

? Strongly preferred BSN, RN

? Must have acute care experience

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical problem-solving skills; confident and display leadership abilities
